Ralph and Mindy are Panel Providers for many Insurance Companies (HMO's and PPO's), as well as Employee Assistance Programs (EAP's).  If you do not see your Insurance Company or EAP on the list, call us anyway and we may still be able to work with your plan.

Note:  If you intend to use insurance to pay for your sessions, please contact your plan before your first session.  Ask your plan sponsor if either Ralph Butcher or Mindy McHugh is listed as a provider on your specific plan.  Additionally, ask if you need an authorization for visits, if you have a deductible for the year (and the amount), and if you have a co-payment for each visit.  We request that you enter this information on the Insurance Section of our Extended History form (intake form) that is found under the "New Clients" tab of this website.  This form must be completed in its entirety, and presented to us during your first session.  If this information is not confirmed by your insurance plan sponsor, you will be charged a full session fee for your visit, payable at the end of the session.
